The internal memory capacity of smart phones will soon be similar laptop, along with the memory manufacturer Samsung started production of memory chips with a capacity of 256 gigabytes.

Quoted KompasTekno of Trusted Reviews, Friday (02/26/2016), Samsung started mass production of the new chip-based standard universal flash storage (UFS) 2.0.

According to Samsung, the flash-based storage has twice the speed faster than the previous generation UFS memory.

Thus, the mobile phones in the future is not only able to catch about the amount of memory capacity laptop devices, but also from the speed (read / write) as well.

The flash memory-based UFS 2.0 is predicted to have a read speed (read) twice a SATA-based SSD, which is 850 MB / s, while the speed he wrote (write) is slower around 250 MB / s.
