Microsoft
Indonesia today, Thursday (14/03/2013), announced the presence of the
latest generation of Office 365 services are intended for businesses.
Broadly
speaking, the business version of Office 365 product is not much
different from the commercial version, which was launched in
mid-February 2013 ago.
The difference is, this version of Office 365 is equipped with a wide range of applications to support business activities. There are a number of business services in Office 365, SharePoint Online ie, Exchange Online, and Lync Online. Office
356 also allows users to cooperate in processing documents, e-mail, web
conferencing, and shared a schedule of events on the calendar.
Exchange
Online is an application that can manage and store all e-mail users in a
mailbox, store contacts, and organize personal schedule.
Furthermore,
SharePoint Online users to manage documents while collaborating with
colleagues, including scheduling, job sharing, to other information. While Lync Online, allowing users to instant messaging and video to an audio call.
Package Sales
There are three packages of product sales for the business version of Office 365. All three are described below.
1. Office 365 ProPlus. This
version contains the most complete package of office applications, such
as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, InfoPath, and
Access.
The
product is available as a separate product for $ 144 dollars per user
for a year subscription, or as part of Office 365 Office 365 Enterprise
and Midsize Business.
2. Office 365 Midsize Business. This version is designed for medium sized businesses with 10 to 250 employees. The service includes an Office 365 ProPlus, plus Exchange Online, Lync Online and SharePoint Online.
The product is priced at 180 dollars per user for a year or the equivalent of 15 U.S. dollars per user per month.
3. Office 365 Small Business Premium. This version of the product designed for small businesses with a number of 1 to 10 people. In
addition to Office applications, users will get access to e-mail
business, shared calendar, site management tools, and the ability of HD
video conferencing.
Everything that can be obtained at a price of 150 U.S. dollars per user for a year or 12.5 dollars per user per month.
