Has not been officially released to the public, but a number of rumors about the features of the new Microsoft operating system, Windows 10, to arrive. This time an information says that Windows 10 would be present by removing the 'Control Panel'.

Unlike the previous Windows series, reportedly the 'Control Panel' will be replaced with the 'Setting' menu with a number of other changes. One of them, change the theme used in the settings menu.

Quoted from Cnet, on Monday (09/03/2015), in Windows 10 Technical Preview (Build 9926) found something new from the start menu. The display shows three menu links, as well as the File Explorer, Document, and Settings.

The settings menu settings can be found by users with access via the Slide Bar, then go on-Charms-change PC settings. This menu also appears on the Start window on the screen.

In the settings page, the user will be shown a theme similar to that of the Windows 8 settings. This display is designed to give users easy access to Windows 10 in making a number of changes and the same settings bleak 'control panel'.

A number of reforms are displayed in these pages is fairly simple icons, menu display is made with customized icons function. Unfortunately, this view can only be felt in the technical preview version, and likely no change in appearance to the official version will be released.
