WhatsApp Can Be Used Shopping

WhatsApp is reportedly preparing a payment feature that will be embedded into its instant messaging app. That is, instant messaging applications will be used to send money or even shopping.

WhatsApp itself has not clearly revealed the release date of the payment feature or its global availability. But certainly this feature is true there.

As reported by KompasTekno from Telegraph, Monday (21/08/2017), the current payment feature is referred to as WhatsApp Payment and has been included in the update WhatsApp beta vevrsi 2.17.295 software.

Based on the screenshot of WhatsApp beta in circulation, it appears that WhatsApp Payment is an interbank transfer service made using unified payments interface.

In the screenshot it is also shown that the user must agree to the special terms and conditions of WhatsApp Payment, bank, and privacy policy, in order to use it to send money.

Temporary suspicion, WhatsApp is preparing the payment feature to be released in the Indian market. Moreover, some time ago it was known that the Facebook business has been recruiting a number of local financial application experts.

WhatsApp itself is reluctant to comment on the future of payment applications it is developing. They just assert that India is a country that is considered important and the company is working to realize the vision of India Digital.
