Rumors Microsoft was working on a version of Office that is optimized for Android tablet users. The company recently preparing a beta version of Office for Android tablets.
Reported by Mashable, Thursday (07/03/2014), the beta version will be tested for a number of users. According to a report in The Verge, the official launch planned for later this year.
Apparently, the specific Office application this Android tablet will debut before the release of Office for Windows. Office applications for Windows is planned slide in 2015.
It is not known how many people will test the specific Office application green robot OS tablet users, but reportedly they were signed up during the pre-release program will be included.
Microsoft has released Office for iPad which includes applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint at the beginning of this year. Application software giant is successful artificial perched at the top of the Apple App Store.
