Android Version Next "Macadamia Nut Cookie"

Google has always used the name of a snack for the code name of the Android mobile operating system. After using the name Lollipop for Android 5.0, roughly what else would name labeled for the latest version of Android, Android M?

Until now, Google is still not ready to announce the name of his successor Android. Perhaps, the Internet giant wants to give the effect of a shock at the time of its release later in the conference Google I / O on 28-29 May.

However, an update of the company's internal environment, such as KompasTekno summarized from Ubergizmo, Monday (25/05/2015), revealed that Google will use the name "MNC" or Macadamia Nut Cookies.

There are two pieces of evidence which disclose it. First, the name "MNC" said often appear in the Android Open Source Project website.

Then, the site Android Police claimed to hear directly from internal sources that Android is really going to use the name Macadamia Nut Cookies.

One thing to remember, though properly using the name Macadamia Nut Cookie, Android is still not necessarily be released using the name. It is possible, he is merely a code name used in internal environments.

For example, some internal code name that is known in advance, Key Lime Pie and Lemon Meringue Pie changed when it launched. Both turned into KitKat and Lollipop.

Android M's own name for the first time appeared on the leaked schedule of the conference Google I / O that is circulating on the Internet. One diskui in it specifically mentions the name Android M.

Not much other information is known about Google's Android M. Leaked schedule I / O only mentions that Android M "will bring the power of Android to any kind of workplace".

Perhaps, Google intends to bring Android to the corporate environment, as he did on the phone, tablet, TV, and later cars.
