Updated, Waze Show More Accurate Arrival Time

For users of the navigation app, Waze's name is no stranger to the expected to arrive (ETA) feature, which shows the approximate time of arrival to the destination location.

Waze has recently updated (updated) the ETA feature to version 4.35 by changing the look of the feature. This update also changes the look of the ETA feature more easily viewed. Once updated, the ETA feature will show more traffic information than before. In the new ETA feature, users will also make it easier to schedule travel time, where later will be available suggestions when the right time to leave so it can arrive on time.

In the Waze app, simply scroll down and select a time of arrival then the system will suggest when to start. When the user has scheduled his departure, Waze will give a signal if the time of departure has arrived.

Summarized KompasTekno from Uber Gizmo, Tuesday (6/3/2018), ETA feature update is also claimed will minimize bugs. The 4.35 update version is available on the Google Play Store for Android and App Store users for iOS users. Waze is one of Google's navigation apps, which is widely used and uses the concept of crowdsourcing, where Waze users can share more actual traffic info.

Adobe's Senior Manager, Artur Grabowski, tested three navigation apps between Waze, Google Maps and Apple Maps. The trial was conducted since 2017 with 120 trips.

Of the three, he claims if Google Maps can bring motorists to destination destination faster.

According to him, Waze did provide some rats road to cut the road so it can cut travel time. Unfortunately, the resulting estimates are often mistaken and cause the user even longer to reach the destination location.
