Updated, Google Chrome for Safe Claimed Android from Krack

Google has released Chrome version 62 browser update for Android smartphones. This new version of Chrome comes with security fixes over the Krack WiFi attack.

Indeed, the Krack attack targets Wi-Fi connected devices with WPA2 encryption. But the Android operating system version 6.0 "Marshmallow" and the latest output thereafter known to be more vulnerable to attack.

In addition to the patched loopholes, Google Chrome for Android version 62 comes with a host of new features. One of them, users can zoom legacy app in tablet mode.

Chrome is also said to have a new style or design notification, as KompasTekno summarized from Phone Arena on Wednesday (1/11/2017).

Google also added a "show" password feature to Chrome on Android. This feature was previously only available on desktop version of Chrome. Next, an option will appear whether the user wants to save the password to speed up the login or want to skip it by selecting the "next time" option.

The addition of this simple feature is not very significant, but still can help the user to ensure the accuracy of writing passwords without having to worry about repeating.
