Mobile Processors Will Reach 3 GHz

Performance speed of 1.6 GHz ARM processor (Exynos 5 Octa) on Samsung Galaxy S4 is arguably very high for this time. What happens when the frequency of the ARM chip could be further inflated rate to 3 GHz?

That is to be achieved by ARM in 2014. With a 20 nm fabrication process on the new chip manufacturer Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and Global Foundries, is expected not only frequency that can be achieved. Which will also achieved the chip is more efficient in terms of power consumption than the previous generation.

More precisely, the chip with a new architecture that is made with 20 nm fabrication process is expected to cut electricity consumption by 25 percent.

Fastest ARM processors today, sort of Octa Exynos 5, 800 Qualcomm Snapdragon, and Nvidia Tegra 4 is made with a 28 nm fabrication process that has a speed limit of about 2.3 GHz.

Mobile "20 MP" Sony Xperia i1

1020 of Nokia Lumia comes with a 41 megapixel camera, but the smartphone is not the only one who carries a camera as superior features as some competitors Nokia is also developing similar technology.

In comparison, the iPhone 5 from Apple has a sensor size of 1/3, 2 inches smaller than the Xperia's camera sensor i1. Size larger sensor promises better picture quality because it has the ability to capture light better anyway.
