Taiwanese company HTC is ' secretly ' introduces new smartphones HTC Desire 400 dual SIM aimed at the Asian market in a number of web sites .
HTC announces the 4.3 inch screen mobile phone through HTC pages of Russia and Ukraine , according to a press release quoting Talk Android HTC HTC pages published in Russia on Monday ( GMT) .

Previously , HTC Desire 501 reportedly will release in India with the same screen size as the HTC Desire 400 , dual- SIM as well .
