LG has just released a new mobile -sized printer called Pocket Photo 2 . Using this one device , users can directly print photos on your smart phone , whenever desired .
The product is actually a second generation of products with the same name . Compared to previous generations , Pocket Photo 2 comes with a more slender body size and battery life are more powerful .
As quoted from Pocket - Lint , on Monday ( 12/30/2013 ) , Pocket Photo 2 does not require ink or toner to print images . The printer uses printing technology called Zink .
The technology utilizes high temperatures to activate the color that is " embedded " in every sheet of special paper .
" Compared with ordinary printing process , paper without ink system Zink longer able to maintain the image and reduce fade , " said LG .
Pocket Photo 2 is capable of producing quality images in 600 DPI . This product supports phones based on Android , iOS , and Windows 8 .
To connect to the Pocket Photo 2 smart phone , users can utilize NFC and Bluetooth wireless connection .
Pocket Photo 2 itself will be on display at the International Consumer Electronic Show 2014 . This little printer will be available in pink , white , and yellow and will be available globally after launching in South Korea in January.
