Microsoft Makes Xbox One Cheap Without Kinect

Microsoft took a step that is surprising for its game console business , Xbox One . To boost sales , the company plans to sell non- Kinect Xbox One began June 9, 2014 .

Kinect is a 3D motion sensor device that can be used to play games with Xbox One body movements , so users do not need to hold the control device .

The plan , the latest Xbox One Micorosft it will be sold at a price of 399 dollars , or 100 dollars cheaper than the selling price of Sony's gaming console , the PlayStation 4 .

Previously , Microsoft had promised to game developers and fans of Xbox , Xbox One that will be sold complete with Kinect . Apparently , Microsoft changed the initial strategy .

" We also heard that many who love to play Xbox One with the means to control , " said the head of the Xbox division at Microsoft , Phil Spencer , as reported by The Verge ( 5/13/2014 ) .

" Kinect will continue our development proceed , it becomes our main differentiating factor , but we know out there are also many users who want different things , " he added .

Spencer added , One with Kinect Xbox sales will continue. The device is currently selling at a price of 499 Microsoft U.S. dollars . Microsoft will make a Kinect sensor separate from the Xbox One at the end of this year .
