Windows users would be familiar with the "Blue Screen of Death" (BSOD, or commonly abbreviated Blue Screen) that will appear when the computer crashes for some reason and had to be restarted.

For now, the QR Code is concerned only to the URL windwos.com/stopcode. In the future, Microsoft may be planning to provide special pages contain more detailed information.
