There is also the possibility that users can send files in any format as long as the file is compressed in .zip form.

KompasTekno summarized from PhoneArena, Friday (04/29/2016), the news comes after the release of a new version of WhatsApp app screenshots that are being developed.

Zip file allows the user to embed a lot of files at once in a single send, for example, to compress the 10 photos into one Zip file so it is more practical.

Because it is compressed, the file size is reduced too, thus saving internet data usage.

WhatsApp is currently only support sending files to multiple formats such as those in the PDF, VCF, DOC, and DOCX.

Would be able to call back

In addition to support file sharing Zip, WhatsApp also allegedly are developing feature "Call Back". Users can immediately call back the contact who missed-call without the need to open the application WhatsApp.

The trick is to touch the missed-call WhatsApp button that appears in the notification bar.

WhatsApp seems succession plans to add additional voicemail features for iOS devices, namely "Record Voice Mail" and "Send Voice Mail".

WhatsApp now can not be used to send Zip files, perform instant call back, or send a voicemail. These features will likely be added in the update that will be released soon.
