Google Assistant, Smartest Digital Assistant

For two years in a row, the digital marketing agency Stone Temple discovered, Google Asisstant is the smartest digital assistant on the market. This result was obtained by Stone Temple after asking about 5,000 questions to find out which of the smartest digital assistants and Google came out as winners.

Reported in Digital Trends, Sunday (29/4), this agency asked the same question to Alexa (Amazon), Siri (Apple) and Cortana (Microsoft). Google Assistant provides the most responses and the most accurate responses than others.

Stone Temple also noted, Google Assistant is more accurate on smartphones than on Google Home. To be ranked second is Cortana and followed by Alexa. Unfortunately, for Apple, Siri is in the back position in terms of answers and accuracy.

Alexa's answer increased from 19.8 percent to 53 percent. Although accuracy declined slightly, Alexa's memory better.

Cortana is actually the only digital assistant who has increased in terms of accuracy compared to last year. In previous Stone Temple tests, Cortana received an 86 percent accuracy score. the figure rose to 92.1 percent on the test this year.

Representatives Microsoft is proud of its ongoing work to improve the quality of Cortana. "We are eagerly looking forward to sustainable growth in terms of functionality and availability across devices and platforms in the future," he said.

In choosing the smartest digital assistant, Stone Temple considered a 100 percent correct and complete answer. Everything must be answered fully and directly. But, there are several ways in which a digital assistant can fail.
