Samsung Opens Z1, Mobile OS Tizen

After a long time loyal using the Android operating system, Samsung slowly began to turn. Through its latest product, the Samsung Z1, the South Korean manufacturer is testing the Tizen mobile operating system.

Quoted KompasTekno, Wednesday (01/14/2015) on Pocket-lint, Samsung Z1 is a product of Samsung's first smartphone that uses the OS Tizen. Samsung's other products, such as television, will also use the OS Tizen.

Samsung shift to Tizen touted as a step Samsung to be more independent and not rely on Google.

Samsung Z1 has specifications PLS TFT 800x400 screen 4-inch wide with a display resolution of 233 ppi. Using a dual-core processor 1.2 GHz, paired with 768 MB of RAM.


This smartphone rear camera resolution of 3.15 MP, equipped with LED flash. There is also a front camera with VGA quality and features face detection. Other equipment, Samsung Z1 supports 3G network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, FM radio, and dual SIM.

The above specification, this smart phone is priced at approximately $ 1 million.
