After performing Beta testing for 2 months, finally Waze officially present in Android Auto. Starting today, if you have a vehicle with a compatible system, you can download and use Google's navigation app on your vehicle information screen.

Launched from Androidauthority.com, Thursday (7/27/2017), Waze is an application for navigation search which is quite popular among iOS and Android users other than Google Maps. With Waze, users can receive traffic information updates in real time, because the application is run online

If you have a Waze app on your mobile device, make sure the app is up to date. How to activate the latest version of Waze is quite easy, just by connecting the phone to an Android Auto compatible system on your vehicle, then it can directly apply the Waze.

Just like its mobile app, Waze for Android Auto lets users know about traffic information like accidents, congestion based on feedback from other drivers.

As expected, Waze also supports voice commands that make it easier for riders. Similar to Google Maps, users can save frequently addressed addresses like home or work. Just by mentioning "take me home", then Waze will automatically direct the rider on which route to go automatically.

Previously Google Maps can also be applied to Android Auto on the vehicle. However, if the rider prefers to use the Waze app, then the rider can set it as the default app on his vehicle.
