According to a written statement received KompasTekno Monday GrabChat icon will appear in the Grab application, in addition to the identity of the driver, after the booking.
Once clicked, the application will show the option to choose a template message. Users can also send their own message. Afterward service users can press the "send" button to begin chatting with the driver of the vehicle is ordered.
