As quoted from PCWorld, the chip giant last week introduced the graphics processor (GPU) named "Iris" is integrated in the packaging Haswell.
Iris is claimed if Intel is able to provide 3D graphics performance two times higher than previous GPU on chip (Ivy Bridge).
Iris GPU performance in Intel Haswell could match even called GeForce GT 650m GPU from Nvidia which is used as a discrete graphics card in a number of notebook models, including Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display.
That is, apabla Intel claims is true, then the PC with Haswell processor should be used to play games with relatively seamlessly without the need for an additional graphics card.
