"OSS technology is increasingly showing pioneering technology and is increasingly becoming the people's choice, especially since the OSS users are not tied to a particular vendor, a cheaper investment, as well as excellent quality products," said Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Open Source Software (AOSI), Betti Alisjahbana, Indonesia Creative on the implementation of Open Source Software in 2013 in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Thus, according to him, the use of OS technology can help users to innovate faster. Furthermore, he said that Open Source can be a solution for people who want to use application that can be tailored to the needs and expected quality.
