Google seems to want to have more control over the Android smartphone manufacturers. A secret documents revealed to the public that shows this.
In the contract documents "Mobile Application Distribution Agreements" revealed by The Information, Friday (26/09/2014), Google did ask all vendors Android smartphone purchase a license from them increase the number of mandatory application in their smartphones.
These applications is now reached 20 types. Earlier, in cooperation contract created by Google in 2011, Google only requires as many as nine applications only.
Now, in his latest contract documents in 2014, the vendor must install 20 applications typical of Google, such as Google Chrome, Google Maps, Google Drive, YouTube, and Gmail. Applications that will be incorporated into the app drawer that carries the Google icon.
Moreover, in each license of Google Android devices, there should be a search field of Google Search widget on the main page of the default smartphone. The main page should also display a shortcut to the app store Google Play Store.
