First, activate airplane mode for a few seconds, turn it off, and double-check your connection. You must deactivate and reactivate the connection by opening the quick settings by swiping down from the top of the screen and selecting the Wi-Fi icon to disable it. If the drop-down menu doesn't offer this icon, open the application, open Settings and open from there. Do the same with your home Wi-Fi by turning it off and wait for up to two minutes then turn it on again.
