Yahoo launched a new service called passwords "on-demand", on Sunday, which lets users log into your Yahoo account without using a password.
Through the new service users will get a short message from Yahoo via their mobile phone that can replace their own passwords.
To enable the service user can log into your Yahoo account using the normal password first. Once entered, the user can turn on password "on-demand" and register their mobile phone numbers in the security settings.
Furthermore, when the login, the password field will change to a button that says "send my password" and Yahoo will send an sms password contains four characters to mobile users.
"This is the first step to remove the password," said Dylan Casey, vice president of product management for Yahoo, as reported by Cnet page.
