Five Function Shortcut Keys in Windows 7

Utilizing function shortcut keys on the keyboard while working on the computer can increase user productivity. The following are five important function shortcut keys are known and can improve comfort while working.

Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert

With a block of text and then press Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert the paper can be directly copied. However, if you want to cut paper or cut then can use Ctrl + X.

This function lets the user attach or remove posts that have previously copied using Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert.

Ctrl + Z and Ctrl + Y

If the user wants to cancel or restore files that have been clipped, copied, or deleted can use CTRL + Z (undo). While Ctrl + Y is useful to repeat the undo function (Ctrl + Z).

Ctrl + F

If users want to find a program or find words quickly, Ctrl + F could be the solution. This function allows the user to do (find) aka search. Ctrl + F also works in the browser.

Alt + Tab or Ctrl + Tab

Alt + Tab can be used to accelerate the transition between programs in Windows. For example, the user wants to switch from typing to surf the internet. So, instead of having to shift the mouse and clicking, the user can press Alt + Tab to move. While Ctrl + Tab function to transition antarsatu tabs in the browser to the next tab.
