Firefox 8.0 can be downloaded

Mozilla seemed to be diligent in issuing a new version of its product browser, Firefox. After removing the Firefox 7.0 on 27 September 2011 and then, re-released Mozilla Firefox 8.0 on Tuesday (08/11/2011) local time.

Firefox is an open source web browser Mozilla Corporation and is the most popular current browsers, competing with Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Opera Software's Opera.

The latest version is only about 6 weeks later than previous version brings several new features and improvements, such as the addition of Twitter in the search menu, add-on management is better, support for HTML 5 context menus, improved tab capabilities, enhanced performance and efficiency of use memory, and many others.

No official explanation about the many releases of new versions and "ngebutnya" numbering the latest version of Firefox. Just this year, Mozilla has released six versions for Firefox and for about the numbering, this is out of character for Mozilla which is usually "frugal" in the numbering version of Firefox. Looks like Mozilla wants to pursue numbering versions of Firefox, to pursue the browser version numbering of its competitors. As we know, Internet Explorer now has reached version 9, the opera has reached version 11, and Google Chrome already has a version number 17.0.928.

8 new official Firefox may be downloaded starting on November 8, but for you who can not wait to use this latest Firefox can download the ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/8.0/.
