Ascend P2 Mobile 4G World's Fastest

Some vendors utilize mobile gadgets party event Mobile World Congress 2013 to show off the latest gadgets. One of them is Huawei announces new Android smartphone, Ascend P2, Monday (25/02/2013), in Barcelona, Spain.

Huawei claims, Ascend P2 is claimed as the fastest 4G smartphones in the world today. Because Ascend P2 feature LTE CAT 4, which can bring a faster browsing speeds than competing products that use LTE CAT 3, such as the Samsung Galaxy S III and iPhone 5.

Huawei Ascend P2 using a screen size of 4.7 inches with 315 ppi, processor 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 13MP camera. For matters of memory, the successor smartphone Ascend P1 is equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.


Ascend P2 thickness of only 8.4 mm be one flagship phone. Huawei CEO Richard Yu said the Ascend P2 should be thinner (from 8.4 mm) but failed to be implemented because they are worried about compromising the picture quality of the camera.

In addition to supporting standard networking features, such as 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, Android smartphone Jelly Bean supports LTE network CAT 4.

Ascend P2 will be available in the market in the second quarter of this year and is estimated to cost about 525 U.S. dollars.
