WhatsApp Finally Comes to BlackBerry 10

After a delay, instant messaging application WhatsApp finally comes to BlackBerry 10.

Cross-platform chat application is already available for download BlackBerry 10 mobile users for free starting today, Thursday (03/14/2013), at BlackBerry World.

This means WhatsApp will join about 70,000 BlackBerry apps 10 who had been present at the BlackBerry World app store.

WhatsApp on BlackBerry 10 is promised directly integrated with BlackBerry Contacts, and there are also features instant notification for each incoming message.

Just like WhatsApp on other platforms, versions for BlackBerry 10 also allows users to send messages, audio files, photos, and video for free through the operator's network or WiFi.



WhatsApp is one of the most popular instant messaging applications, because it is a cross-platform application that connects users BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, Windows Phone, and even some other type of phone.

The developer WhatsApp, on December 31, 2012, reported a new record traffic of sending and receiving messages from the hundreds of millions of users. The last day of 2012, traffic on WhatsApp reach 18 billion messages.
