Some smartphones already provide stabilizer features to help users shoot pictures and record video smoothly without any faltering alias shaky effect. However, there are still many people who have to accept the fact that the results of their shaky video.
To work around this, Google Photos added stabilizer feature on visual content storage service. Named "Stabilize", a feature that has been developed since last August and recently commercialized now, as compiled KompasTekno from BGR, Tuesday (18/04/2017).
How to use Stabilize quite easy. Users only need to update to the latest version of Google Photos app store via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then open the application as usual.
Next, select a shaky video that want to be stabilized, and then press the pencil icon (pen) on the lower side to edit the content. If the video was only available in Google Photos and nobody in the gallery of smartphones, the application will download it first.
After that, the edits will be an option to "Stabilize" on the lower left side, side by side with the "Rotate". You simply press the "Stabilize" and Google Photos will process the video to make it stable.
The duration of the video processing depending on the length of your video. Watched KompasTekno, a ninety second video takes about 15 seconds to make it stable.
