Official Gmail Remodeled, Here's a Round of New Features

Google has just announced a massive overhaul of Gmail's e-mail service. This reshuffle can be practically termasif since last year ago. A number of new features are added in this update, such as priority notifications, secret modes, and support for better offline mode.

This update is claimed Google will make Gmail easier to use, smarter, and more secure. In the future, users can read e-mail without having to open messages one by one. In addition, Google will rely on artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence, AI) to scan user e-mail. Thus, notification of e-mails made priority will appear first. AI will also help restrict pop-ups of incoming messages that appear as part of the "smart reply" feature. In a way, the Gmail reshuffle is inspired by today's communicating culture, where not a bit of job communication is done through instant messaging services, like Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

For information, the look and new features can not be enjoyed by all Gmail users whose numbers penetrate 1.4 billion people. Google says the spread of this Gmail update will be done in stages. Read more, here's a complete explanation of KompasTekno around Gmail's new features and appearances.

1. Security and Confidential Mode

Confidential mode or secret mode adds some new features so users can better control the information in the e-mail they send. Users can also send e-mail with expiration date setting. That is, the message will disappear by itself in a certain period of time, like one of the features in Messenger. Not only that, the wrong message can be withdrawn, like the "delete for everyone" feature in WhatsApp.
