As reported by The Next Web, Amazon will release two variants Kindle Fire 7-inch screen size. The giant online retailer targeting the lower and middle markets.
As for the secondary market (high end), Amazon will release a tablet-sized 8.9-inch.
Special to 7 inches, Amazon will give two different screen resolution is 1024 x 600 pixels and 1280 x 800 pixels. As for the 8.9 inch using a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.
To keep prices low fixed tablet, Amazon is rumored to have signed an agreement with Quanta Computer, Taiwan-based manufacturing company.
It is also working with a manufacturing company Hon Hai, Prime View and Chimei Innolux for flat panel. Special Chimei Innolux will exclusively supply the 7-inch touch screen sensor.
Taiwan Economic News reported that manufacturing companies will assemble the Han Hai Kindle Fire 7-inch to the market (1024 x 600). While Quanta Computer will assemble two other variants.
