AiCloud, the Simple Cloud-Based Storage

Asus introduces its latest innovation, Asus AiCloud. This device combines 802.11ac Wi-Fi router with a service that is easy to use to create a personal cloud storage.

AiCloud claimed to be able to be more comfortable with cloud-based storage service that combines technology and easy to use, unlimited storage, and security of personal data.

Smart Access allows users to access data stored on a home network or storage facilities online, via the internet connection on a variety of devices, ranging from smartphones to PCs.



Thus, the user can combine the use of personal computers and personal cloud for sharing files over the Internet. Connection is done accessing a web link through the Windows, Mac, and Linux compatible.

Cloud Disk also allows users to access data and media library that is always-on, by connecting USB storage to the router ASUS RT-AC66U kind that act as cloud services hub.

This means, the user can have a personal media server to be accessed via a notebook or a smartphone or tablet based on Android or iOS. No more need to store a collection of films and music files to the device size they have.

With the support of Asus Smart Sync, synchronization of data becomes easier, the data stored on the local storage media with ASUS WebStorage account. Both will sync automatically and in real time, so that the file is available on the Asus WebStorage will remain up to date.
