Nokia Lumia 920 Could "Charge" Without Wires

Image of Nokia Lumia 920 has been leaked into cyberspace a few days ago. Now, before actually introduced to the public, the specifications of Lumia 920 was already circulating on the Internet.

Excerpted from The Verge, Nokia Lumia 920 will be equipped with high specification. In addition, Windows 8-based smartphone is equipped with the technology charge wirelessly.

Support wireless charge present in the Nokia Lumia 920 will use the method of induction. To make a charge, users simply attach the Lumia 920 into a pad.

Nokia Lumia 920 reportedly also supports Qi wireless standard. The standards set by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). WPC is a company formed by large companies, such as Nokia, Sony, Texas Instruments, and Samsung, to promote the induction-based wireless charging.

In terms of specs, the Nokia Lumia 920 will use dual-core processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz. This smartphone will also be equipped with 1GB of RAM and 32GB of storage capacity. Nokia Lumia 920 has a screen size of 4.5 inches.

Nokia will leverage the features of the camera in the Lumia 920. It is visible from a camera using PureView. However, unlike the Nokia 808 PureView armed with 41-megapixel camera, Lumia 920 just using the camera of 8 megapixel image sensor.

Nokia Lumia 920 will also be equipped with a camera on the front. The camera has an image sensor of 1.3 megapixels.

Nokia Lumia 920 to be announced on 5 September. Besides Lumia 920, Nokia will also introduce a series of smartphones based on Windows Phone 8 others, Lumia 820.
