Curved Screen TV , For What

Vendors are fond of electronics giant began releasing a TV in an unusual form . If the television screen generally has a flat shape , recently began a lot of TV products in camber .

One company that likes to release a product with these specifications is Samsung . In 2014 , the South Korean company is planning on releasing several curved TVs at once .

The question , as to whether the actual TV screen with curved design this ? According to Bernard Ang , Director of Consumer Electronic Devices PT Samsung Electronics Indonesia , curved -screen TV can enhance the viewing experience better . Said curved screen can deliver a better viewing angle than the flat screen .

" With a curved screen , the view will be optimized , " said Bernard told KompasTekno on the sidelines of the exhibition Consumer Electronics Show ( CES ) 2014 , Las Vegas , U.S. , on Tuesday ( 01/07/2014 ) .

Prove the claims of Bernard , KompasTekno directly tested the Samsung TV 's latest arch , UHD 105 inches . The resulting images of the curved corners on the product turned out to look better than a flat  screen .

Even so , there is little shortage of the curved design . Optimal image can only be enjoyed from a certain distance . That is, the viewing experience will be different , if the user , for example , watching from a distance of 1 meter and 4 meters .

" Distance is fitting to obtain optimal experience is as far as 2 to 4 feet , " said Bernard .

In CES 2014 , Samsung released four TV series with a curved screen . One of the series that a lot of attention is UHD TVs with 105 -inch screen .

Resolutions supported by the TV screen is very high, reaching 5,120 x 2,160 pixels . Support resolutions are usually referred to as 4K , or four times the resolution of HD ( high definition ) .

Samsung is also preparing UHD TV family with a curved screen that is smaller , ie U9000 Series Curved TV . The three products included in this series has a landscape display 78 , 65 , and 55 inches
