Sony Prepare Xperia " Sirius " and " Canopus "

Sony will release two Android devices in 2014 the upper classes . The first device is said to already be introduced in a few days at the International Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas , U.S. , and both products will be available in May.

It remains unclear , the name of the series which will be used for both products . One thing that is known is the name of the code for each product . The first product is called Sirius . Meanwhile , a second product called Canopus .

As quoted from the Android Community , Friday ( 03/01/2014 ) , Sirius has a 5.2 -inch landscape display and will be armed with 800 Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm . This product is pointed out as Sony's latest flagship phone , the successor to the Xperia Z1 .

Canopus reportedly spans a smaller screen , which at 5 inches . Even so , he used a new processor than Sirius , namely the Snapdragon 805 .

There's nothing special about the leaked specs of Canopus . However , the product is said to be only supports WiFi network , without any cellular network support .

The product can be the same as the WiFi version of the iPad tablet . However , landscape display that is only 5 inches Canopus might not make it categorized as a tablet . Android Community suspect , Canopus is a multimedia file player device , similar to the iPod functions .

Until now , Sony still has not provided confirmation of the rumors of two such high-end products .
