Lenovo Mobile Samsung and Apple Wants to Leave

Chinese technology company Lenovo managed to overtake HP as the largest personal computer manufacturer in the world . Not content to stop there , Lenovo also ambitious overtaking Samsung and Apple in the smart phone business in the world .

In China , Lenovo has been successful by being the second largest smart phone manufacturer in China after Samsung . Lenovo , which had never build a simple plan , 2014 will begin aggressively in the U.S. and European markets .

" Our aspiration is to one day be number 1 in the mobile space , " said JD Howard , vice president of Lenovo is responsible for developing smart phone Lenovo's business outside of the Chinese market . " I know this sounds crazy , but even five years ago , if I said that we would be the number 1 manufacturer of personal computers , people would say we were crazy . "

Lenovo has major challenges if it wants power in developed markets , as currently , the market is dominated by Apple and Samsung for smartphone products .

Lenovo should immediately expand its business focus to mobile devices , given the tendency that the personal computer business continued to decline . IDC predicts PC sales will fall by almost 14 percent to 314 million units in 2013 , from 364 million units in 2011 . IDC says many companies put off buying a computer because of weaker global economic conditions .

" Lenovo is feeling the pressure , but they may be better prepared to weather the storm , " said Jeff Orr , an analyst at ABI Research , as quoted by The New York Times .

In his journey , Lenovo continues to surprise in the technology industry . The company was founded in 1984 by a computer expert , Liu Chuanzhi , and a bunch of other engineers , and received funding from the Chinese Academy of Sciences , a research institute linked to the Chinese government that still has an indirect stake in Lenovo .

Back in 2005 , Lenovo acquired the personal computer business unit of International Business Machines ( IBM ) is famous through trademark ThinkPad . Lenovo personal computer business success increase and laptops , as well as more aggressive in developed markets such as Germany and Japan .
