Android Users Can Send SMS from Facebook Messenger

Facebook seems to want to control all activities of the exchange of messages on Android. The network launched a new feature that lets users send a chat and SMS via a single platform, the Messenger.

In other words, the user interface application both combined into one. However, the majority of the special features in Messenger can not be used to send SMS.

Only one feature that can be used, namely a sticker. Users can send an SMS with a pin funny stickers from Messenger.

This feature has been tested since last February and has now started to slide for some Android users, as reported by TheVerge and collected KompasTekno, Wednesday (15/06/2016).

The new capabilities in Messenger is named Chat Heads. Corresponding editorial, all of the messages claimed to be arranged neatly and came up with a notification that appears on the display head.

Facebook assured users do not need to worry about privacy issues. Facebook server will not know the SMS exchange. Everything happens locally on the user's mobile phone.

Because, SMS and chat Messenger remains are two separate elements. Only the interfaces are only made if fused.

Leaders Facebook Messenger David Marcus said the integration of SMS and chat Messenger interface will be enjoyed in almost every country. It was not clear which countries in question and when this update can be widespread.
