General Electric Operate Power Plant Combined Gas and Steam

General Elctric officially began operating the power plant combined gas and steam power first to be equipped with turbines from GE in bouchain HA, France. This operation marked the birth of a new era of power generation technology integration with digital technology.

GE power generation is also recognized by Guinness World Records as the combined power generation and steam gas power most effectively by 62.22 percent efficiency rate measured at power plants bouchain.

"Today, with this power plant, we create a new history for the future," said Steve Bolze, president and CEO of GE Power.

HA from GE gas turbine is able to reach full power and ready for operation in less than 30 minutes after being activated, is much more flexible than before. This paves the way for the use of renewable energy is better because it allows the partners to immediately respond to a request for fluctuations in the grid, integrating renewable energy into the grid and quickly adapt to changes in the weather.

Advances in technology supporting the COP21 treaty of Paris was recently approved, in which 195 countries agreed to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, thus increasing the need for electricity that is cleaner.

Bouchain power plants also demonstrate the ability of GE digital power plants, which enables the achievement of a high level of efficiency that broke the world record by utilizing the power plants that were previously unused.

Some of the capabilities of the new power plant These include digital control system, using real-time data to provide a more stable electric power and efficient, while providing a prediction for optimasisasi operational performance and higher reliability.

By generating more than 605 MW of electricity, bouchain power plant will generate enough electricity for more than 680 thousand homes.
