Because of the "ecosystem" of this technology must be robust and reliable. "I see with using OSS today, the development of ICT we become more advanced," he said.

Utilization of OSS, according to him, can also save costs, so that the existing budget can be diverted to other things that are useful.
For that Kemenristek plans to disseminate the use of OSS in the six corridors namely Malang area, Pekanbaru, Mataram, Bali and Nusa Tenggara and Ambon to encourage local governments to use OSS in the administration of his government.
