Nokia Launches Asha 300

After launching Asha 303 ​​last November, Nokia introduced this afternoon Asha 300. Mobile phones with features "Touch & Type" or touch and type it promised enabled high-speed Internet access.

Nokia Asha 300 is one of the first mobile product that is equipped with a game application Angry Birds, a famous game invented by Rovio. In addition, users can select tens of thousands of other applications in the Nokia Store.



Along with the launch of the Nokia Asha 300Nokia  announced cooperation with the Rovio to support application developers in Indonesia, among others, also presented Blanca Juti (Vice President of Marketing Mobile Phones Nokia) and Peter Vesterbacka (Rovio's Chief Marketing Officer).

The move is in line with Nokia's strategy to encourage industrial development and business development of local applications in Indonesia that the vendor is committed to forming a sustainable ecosystem for local application developers through cooperation with universities, communities, and individuals from various levels of application developers, and operators cellular.

Along with this event, Nokia and Rovio challenged local application developers to provide ideas compete in the manufacture of Angry Birds with nuance Indonesia. The developers are given 30 days to complete and submit their ideas.

The winner of this competition will be selected Nokia and Rovio. They get the opportunity of a lifetime to do an internship at the headquarters of Rovio, Finland. All costs borne by Nokia Indonesia.
