Not all places provide Wi-Fi connection for free or free. So, what if you're in need of a Wi-Fi connection?

For that, this time KompasTekno will review how to enable personal Wi-Fi or hotspot tethering via smartphone device.
As quoted from Digital Trends, Wednesday (3/1/2017) smartphones that use the Android operating system and iOS have different settings. For Android users, you can enable it in the following ways:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Press the Network & Internet (Internet and network) option. Then will appear several options. Press the hotspot & Tethering menu.
3. After the menu opens, will appear several options, one of which is a Wi-Fi hotspot. Drag the button next to the option to the right for
enable Wi-Fi hotspot mode.
4. If you want to make the connection more personal, tap hotspot setting options until the name display (Network name) and Password (password) appear. Enter the desired password and press the Save button.
5. Once done, you will find a personal Wi-Fi network that has been created.
For smartphones that use the iOS operating system, the settings are also quite easy and not much different. You can do the following:
1. Go to Settings. After that, press the Personal Hotspot option.
2. Next, switch to the slider menu next to the Personal Hotspot option. Change the button to On or green.
3. If you want to add a password (password) to a Wi-Fi hotspot, you can do it on the same screen.
4. Once done, you can connect other gadgets with your personal Wi-Fi hotspot.
Remember to turn off the hotspot connection in the same way, once you're done using a Wi-Fi connection from your smartphone.
Keep in mind when using a smartphone to create a Wi-Fi connection, keep the battery fully charged. Because, this activity drain enough power.
Or can also enable this feature while charging. But this is not recommended, as it will make the phone fast hot and accelerate the battery damage.
