GIF music file provider service, TuneMoji, announced that the application was integrated with Snapchat. This means users of the TuneMoji application can send music files on Snap story, or via the chat feature.
Reporting from The Verge, TuneMoji GIF can add music (or audio) files formatted in GIF. TuneMoji's performance is similar to Giphy, which features a database search feature for GIF files and you can search for them with words, key phrases, or even emojis.
After you have selected the desired GIF music document, you then choose where you want to share the file, and the Snapchat application can now appear as an option.
The company managed to integrate with Snapchat via the latest developer kit platform called Snap Kit. The Snap Kit, launched in June, allows developers to incorporate Snapchat's core features into their applications.
Unfortunately the results of this integration have limitations. Although TuneMoji GIF can be shared with Snapchat, the opposite is difficult to do through the Snapchat application itself.
You can only share GIF files to Snapchat from the TuneMoji application, this is certainly very disappointing. CEO TuneMoji James Fabricant said it was seeking closer integration not only with Snapchat, but with all social media.
