TP-Link Indonesia Launches Smart Bulb

The networking equipment and accessories company TP-Link launched the LB130 smart bulb in Surabaya, Thursday (8/31). TP-Link Indonesia's Marketing Manager, Biko Yoshia, explained, the launch of LB130 to support the smart home concept which is getting more and more popular today.

"In addition to making activities more practical, the smart home concept is also known to be more energy efficient. Moreover, smart home allows remote control on all integrated devices," Yoshia said at the launch.

Yoshia explained, LB 130 is designed to have an easy-to-use setup system and can be connected to the Kasa application from TP-Link which can be downloaded for free. Through the application, the user can turn on and off, adjust the color, set the schedule for the use of lights, which can be done simultaneously.

"Sometimes if we go out of town, we suddenly forget whether the lights in the house have been turned off or not. Now that can be turned on or off from the application," said Yoshia.

Yoshia stated, more interesting than this LB130 users manage and control the lights via voice command. Namely by connecting LB130 with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. This smart Wi-Fi bulb, said Yoshia, can be controlled in groups or separately.

"And our favorite settings can be saved so that they can be accessed again in the Kasa application without having to set it from scratch," Yoshia said.

Yoshia added, LB130 also features RGB Full Color, where users can choose the color of the lamp according to their wishes. However, LB130 also can save energy used up to 80 percent without reducing the quality of brightness.

"So there is no need to worry about using electricity at home anymore. Moreover, this LB130 can be tracked and regulated for energy use through applications," said Yoshia.
