HTC launches new smartphone Rhyme

Taiwanese electronics company, HTC launched its latest smart phone with the name of Rhyme on Tuesday (09/20/2011) local time. HTC's latest product has a charm of flashing so that users know if they receive calls or messages.

Android smart phone will be sold in the United States on 29 September 2011 at a price of 199 dollars and will be available through Verizon Wireless.

Rhyme, which will run the latest version of Google's Android software, known as Gingerbread, will be sold in Europe and Asia in October.

Leading smart phone maker from Taiwan will emphasize style and accessories at the launch of new devices in Manhattan on Tuesday.

"As well as glasses, wallets, belts, bags or any special, smart phone express who you really are as a person," said Deputy Field Design Presoden HTC, Scott Croyle.

Rhyme is equipped with accessories which is referred to as "charm" flashes when the user receives a message or call.
