Windows Tablet Will Not Support Flash

Users tablet devices that use Windows 8 will not be used to run Flash content for multimedia, video, and games. Microsoft has decided not to use Flash in a web browser that works with Windows 8 Metro Interface.
 
Nevertheless, Microsoft just stop support for Flash on the Metro on the tablet interface. Users of Windows Desktop version 8 which uses a browser interface and Internet Explorer on the desktop is still able to add Flash as plug-ins on the browser.

Flash removal of tablets written in a web browser by Microsoft representatives in their official blog, which aims to conserve battery life tablet. Dean Hachamovitch, the head of the development of Internet Explorer at Microsoft, who wrote about it saying, IE 10 on Metro Interface no longer use the plug-ins such as Flash.

"Removing the plug-in will mean longer battery life on the tablet, protect privacy, and enhance security," he said in the text. Instead, Microsoft is concentrating on the latest version of web technologies HTML 5.

Microsoft's decision was allegedly following in the footsteps of Apple and Google. Previously Apple has also already been stated it will not use Adobe Flash for the iPad and MacBook. Steve Jobs, Apple's CEO at the time, had even issued a statement in April 2010 that Flash is the number one reason that makes Mac crash.

Responding to the statement of Microsoft, Adobe Flash Danny Winokur represent the official blog wrote that they also expect the desktop Flash Window (including Windows 8) will remain popular for many years so it will continue to support the use of Flash. "We hope, Flash-based applications will be attending the Metro Interface via Adobe AIR, as it has happened to Android, IOS, and BlackBerry OS at this time," he concluded.
